Soghra Najafpour guilty of sex while being raped !

According to an Iranian reporter, there are undisclosed and confidential reports in Soghra Najajpour's file, the Iranian woman who is facing execution for alleged killing of the 8 old son of an influential family in Rasht 18 years ago at the age of 12. Soghra lived in the home of a Doctor since the age of 9, until she was accused of killing the family's 8 year old son.

12 year old Soghra who initially had confessed to murder of the child later breaks her silence and stated that her initial testimony was false and she was told by the boy's father that if she confessed murder, the doctor would get her released after pardoning her.

After breaking her silence, Soghra stated that ever since the age of 9 when she was sent to the doctor house as a maid, she was continually being raped by him. According to Soghra on the day of the incident, he again attempted to rape Soghra when the 8 year old boy entered the room and the nervous doctor nervously pushed his son away not to see when the boy's head hit the wall and he died. Afterwards the doctor ordered Soghra to throw the child's body in a well.

 
Although the police investigator had concluded that Soghra was subjected to multiple rape attempts by the father and also the medical reports verify signs of attempted rapes, however the Islamic judge dismissed the report and in addition to sentencing Soghra to death by hanging for murder, he also ordered Soghra to be lashed 100 times for having sex. The Judge's reasoning for the verdict was that the signs of rape on Soghra's body were only proof that she was guilty of sexual activity, but not proof that the Doctor had committed the rape.

Soghra was once taken to be executed at the age of 17 however the parents of the murdered boy changed their mind at the last minute, however after they were informed of release of Soghra by bail at the age of 31 , they again demanded Soghra's execution.

In its recent article about Soghra's new execution order, Etemaad newspaper censored the portion of the report about the rape and Doctor's role although the information was reported by the news reporter. (Full report is posted in her personal blog).

ناگفته هاي پرونده صغرا نجف پور

 اطلاعات محرمانه پرونده صغرا نجف پور  نشان مي دهد اين دختر بعد از اينكه به عنوان خدمتكار استخدام شده مورد تجاوز پدر امير قرار مي گرفته است .هر چند اين مرد از صغرا خواسته بود قتل را به گردن بگيرد و قول داده بود كه رضايت دهد اما در نهايت تقاضاي اعدام صغرا را كرد . در همين زمان بود كه صغرا سكوت را شكست و گفت : از وقتي وارد خانه اين مرد شدم مورد تجاوز او قرار مي گرفتم و مجبور به سكوت بودم روز خادثه وقتي او دوباره به سراغم امد تا به من تجاوز كند پسرش امير هم سر رسيد و او براي دور كردن امير پسرك را به طرف ديوار حل داد در اين هنگام سر امير به ديوار بر خورد كرد و به زمين افتاد اين مرد به من گفت بايد امير را به داخل چاه بيندازي او دلش نمي امد كه خودش پسرش را به چاه بيندازد من هم مجبور شدم اين كار را بكنم .

ادعاي صغرا مبني بر تجاوز به از سوي پزشكي قانوني مورد تاييد قرار گرفت و اعلام شد به قدر ي اين تجاوز وحشيانه بوده كه تعداد دفعات ان را نمي توان تشخيص داد به رغم اينكه بازپرس تلويحا گفته كه پدر امير عامل اين تجاوز بوده است
 
اما ادعاي صغرا از سوي دادگاه مورد تاييد قرار نگرفت و او را به اتهام قتل عمد به قصاص و رابطه نامشروع به ۱۰۰ ضربه شلاق محكوم كردند . اما پدر امير از اتهام تجاوز تبرئه شد . استدلال قاضي صادر كننده اين بود كه چون اثار تجاوز در بدن صغرا ديده شده پس مي توان اطمينان داشت كه او رابطه داشته است اما نمي توان اطمينان داشت كه كار پدر امير بوده است .
 صغرا يك بار در ۱۷ سالگي به پاي چوبه داررفته اما مادر امير از اعدام او صرف نظر كرده اواين بار به اصرار شوهرش قصد اعدام صغرا را دارد

Swedish Parliament members demand Iran to stop execution of Ali Mahin-Torabi

In a strong letter to the Islamic Regime in Iran , members of the Swedish parliament questioned the human rights violations in Iran. They also objected to the execution verdict of Ali Mahin-Torabi and demanded the Iranian government to stop all child executions.

نمايندگان پارلمان سوئد خواهان لغو حکم اعدام علي مهين ترابي شدند

گروهی از نمایندگان پارلمان سوئد در تاریخ دوشنبه ۲۲ اکتبر، با ارسال يک نامه شديد اللحن به مقامات جمهوري اسلامي خواهان رعايت حقوق انساني در ايران شدند.

در ابتدای نامه آمده است «بنا به تازه ترین اخبار رسمی، وضعیت حقوق بشر در ایران رو به وخامت رفته است آزادی‌های اساسی بیان و تشکل برای جامعه مدنی در سال جاری محدود شده است». همچنین در این نامه آمده است که «با توجه به گزارش اخیر کمیساریای عالی حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد و بیانیه تازه جامعه اروپا در مورد نقض حقوق بشر در ایران، ما نیز به عنوان نمایندگان پارلمانی عضو حزب سوسیال دمکرات نقض خشن حقوق بشر در ایران را محکوم می کنیم». نمایندگان حزب سوسیال دمکرات در پارلمان سوئد از علی مهین ترابی- جوانی که در انتظار اعدام است- و منصور اسانلو - دبیر سندیکای شرکت واحد- به عنوان دو مورد از کسانی که حقوق انسانی آنها نقض شده یاد کرده‌اند. در این نامه از رژیم ایران خواسته شده تا همه اعدام‌ها را متوقف نموده مجازات اعدام کودکان را لغو نماید.
همه زندانیان سیاسی اعم از جنبش دانشجوئی، جنبش زنان و جنبش کارگری و جنبش‌های اجتماعی را آزاد نماید. در پایان، امضاء کنندگان نامه، خواهان احقاق حقوق انسانی، اجتماعی و سیاسی جامعه و همچنین آزادی ایجاد تشکل‌های سیاسی و اجتماعی شده‌اند.

URGENT: Kurdish child facing imminent execution in Iran


Amnesty International today warned us of yet another child due to be executed in Iran for alleged rape of a  boy. Both boys were 13 years old at the time.

Child offender Makwan Moloudzadeh, an Iranian Kurd, is believed to be at risk of imminent execution. He has reportedly been convicted of lavat-e iqabi (anal sex) for the alleged rape of a 13-year-old boy. Makwan Moloudzadeh was aged 13 at the time of the alleged offence. His death sentence has been passed to the Office for the Implementation of Sentences and he is due to be executed in public, near his home.

He was reportedly arrested on 1 October 2006 in Paveh, in the western province of Kermanshah . He was detained in Paveh Prison and later transferred to Kermanshah Central Prison. Following interrogations in Paveh during which he was reportedly ill-treated, he was tried by Branch 1 of the Kermanshah Criminal Court and on 7 June 2007 he was sentenced to death. The witnesses and the two people who had pressed charges against him withdrew their claims after the trial. Under Iranian law, children (boys of up to 14.7 years) are to be flogged for lavat ("homosexual acts").

صغرای محکوم به اعدام در انتظار حرکت شما

مددکار از چشمان سبز یشمی صغری می گوید و موهای لخت عروسک وارش . از دخترک وحشت زده مبهوت سیزده ساله سالها پیش ... !! که شاید اکنون قدیمیترین
زندانی زن بند نسوان زندان رشت باشد
دیگر از آن اندام کودکانه ، در تیر ماه 78 چیزی نمانده بود آنچه که من در بند نسوان زندان رشت دیدم زن کوچک 22 ساله ای بود با دستانی که می لرزید ... و مشت مشت دارو می خورد ... زن کوچک 22 ساله ای که چه خوب مادردخترکان خیابان خواب به حبس افتاده بود ... !

برای من که با آنهمه ادعا و آرمان اجتماعی اکنون به ناگهان از دل مبارزات پر شور دانشجویی به قلب اجتماع کوچک زنان مجرم و متهم زندانی پرتاب شده بودم ، موهبتی بود زندان !

قدم در کریدور گذاشتم ... زنانی که کنار هم چپیده بودند و به تلویزیونی که زیر سقف نصب شده بود نگاه می‌کردند ، شلیک سئوال ولنگارانه ای مرا هدف گرفت : " هی دختر با دوست پسرت گرفتن ات " و زمزمه ای سرود وار پاسخ اش را داد " نه , سیاسیه !!" نفسی به راحتی کشیدم پیش از اینکه پا به بند بگذارم این جماعت بی پناه مرا شناخته بودند و چقدر زود آن دختر سیاسی سنگ صبور زنان زندانی شد .

صغرا نجف پور در آستانه اعدام

حکم اعدام صغرا نجف پور باید فورأ لغو شود!


بعدا از دو هفته آزادی، صغرا نجف پور را خطر اعدام دوباره تهدید می کند. صغرا که از 13 سالگی به اتهام قتل در زندان رشت به سر می برد، اینک 31 ساله است و 18 سال از بهترین سالهای زندگی خود را در زندان با فکر مرگ بر چوبه دار، سپری کرده است. وجدان بیدار بشریت مترقی جهان باید به این حکم ضد انسانی و شنیع اعتراض کند. صغرا قربانی دیگر مانند کبرا و لیلا است. کودکانی که از ابتدای کودکی به مشقت کار کلفتی در خانه های دیگران، آشنا می شوند و دنیای بیرحم و غیر عادلانه را تجربه می کنند. صغرا از 9 سالگی در خانه ای در رشت مشغول به کار بوده است و متهم است که کودک 8 ساله این خانواده را به قتل رساند است. صغرا برخلاف اعترافش به استناد مدارک موجود، بیگناه است. این دختر بی پناه یکبار در سن 17 سالگلی به پای چوبه دار رفته است ولی اعدام نشده است. تصور اینکه چه شکنجه روانی را تا به حال تحمل کرده است برای هر انسان به سختی امکان پذیر است.

کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام همگان را فرا می خواند که به کمپین بین المللی آزادی صغرا بپیوندند. ما توانایی این را داریم که با یک اعتراض سراسری به حکم اعدام صغرا و با بسیج افکار عمومی و فشار به دولتها و پارلمانهای اروپای، کانادا و دیگر کشورها موجبات آزادی صغرا را فراهم کنیم. کمیته بین المللی علیه اعدام با تمام امکاناتش می کوشد که جمهوری اسلامی را تحت فشار قرار دهد. جمهوری اسلامی باید بدون فوت وقت صغرا نجف پور را آزاد کند. این خواست انسانی جنبش علیه اعدام است که ما تلاش خواهیم کرد به بسیج مردم مترقی جهان آنرا به جمهوری اسلامی تحمیل کنیم.

Iran executes 2 more children


According to the state-run ISNA news agency, Iran executed 9 people last Wednesday at the Evin prison in Tehran.

One of those executed was identified by ISNA as Babak , 23 years old, convicted of murder in January 2002.

However Iran Human Rights website in Norway reported that "According to reliable sources, Babak Rahimi who was among those executed on October 17., at the Evin prison in Tehran, was 17 years old when he reportedly convicted the crime he was executed for. "

Another person who was reported by ISNA to have been executed was Hossein, convicted of murder of another man in 2004, who allegedly had tried to rape him.  Hossein’s age was not mentioned in the report.

Following the report by ISNA , Iran Human Rights website also reported that: 

 "According to reliable sources, one of those executed on Wednesday October 17 in Tehran, was Hossein Gharabaghloo.  In the news broadcasted by the state-run ISNA news agency he was just identified as "Hossein" and his age was not mentioned. It is now confirmed that Hossein Gharabaghloo was among those executed on Wednesday. Hossein Gharabaghloo was 16 when he reportedly stabbed another young man with the name Mahmoud to death during a fight on 1 December 2004 at a place near Tehran. He was sentenced to death in 2006."



Babak Rahimi was not among SCE's list of the children known to face execution in Iran, however Hossein Ghabaghloo was listed among the 81 children recorded to face execution.
