Petition to Kurdistan Regional Government about stoning of the 17 year old Doa

Yesterday we reported the stoning of a 17 year old girl in the Kurdistan of Iraq. There is a petition to the Kurdistan Regional Government demanding that those who attempted this murder be held responisble. Stop Child Executions Campaign supports this petition:

1 - I strongly protest against the stoning of a 17 year old girl in Irag. No one can take away the life of human beings as the humans themselves are not author of life. No body is perfect in this world. Who are we to judge the innocent children and condemn them to death? Child abuse is a crime and must be stopped with all our strength. I appeal to the Kurdistan Regional Government to take necessary action against those who are responsible for the inhuman act.
